SageCRM is a web- and wireless-based solution, which provides access to customer sales, marketing, and support information, as well as access to back-office accounting and operations systems. Through its integration server, SageCRM can access and centralize other information sources from across the enterprise. Its workflow engine helps companies automate processes across their organizations. SageCRM allows clients to migrate back and forth from a hosted solution to an on-premise solution.
